The home of the Sri Venkateswara Temple is the picturesque setting of one of the seven peaks in the Tirumala Hills of Andhra Pradesh. Devotees stand with bated breath in front of the Lord for his benediction for just a glimpse of him before moving on as the crowds, that come to meet him, keep pressing forward. A deeply venerated avatar of Lord Shiva, Venkateswara humbles all with his benign gaze surrounded by the growing chants of priests and sound of the throngs of devotees moving along serpentine queues in the temple precinct. One can speed up the process a bit by requesting (in advance) for a special darshan.
On arrival at Chennai airport / railway station, you will be transferred to the hotel in Chennai. Later in the afternoon, proceed for the sightseeing of Chennai which includes Besant Nagar Beach, Marina Beach, Kapaleeshwar Temple, Ramakrishna Temple etc. Overnight in hotel.
Proceed to Tirupati. On arrival at Tirupati, check-in to the hotel and relax for a while. After breakfast depart for Mahabalipuram. On the way to Mahabalipuram, you will visit Kanchipuram Kamakshi Amman Temple, Ekambareshwara Temple, Devarajaswami Temple and The Vedanthangal Bird Sanctuary. On arrival at Mahabalipuram, check-in to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.
Proceed for the sightseeing of Mahabalipuram which includes Thirukadalmallai, Shore Temple, Pancha Pandava Rathas, Arjuna’s Penance, Caves and Krishna’s Butterball. Spend overnight at hotel.
After breakfast proceed to Trichy by road. On arrival check-in to the hotel. Departure from Trichy. On arrival at Tanjore from Trichy, check-in to the hotel. Later proceed for the sightseeing of Tanjore which includes Raaghu Temple, Swami Malai Temple, Sangeetha Mahal, Lord Murugan Temple, Shiva Ganga Garden, Brihadishwara Temple, Kethu Temple, Vellai Puliar Temple, Chandra Bagawan Temple, Saraswathi Mahal Library and Mercury Temple.
In the morning leave for Madurai by road. Check-in to the hotel in Madurai and later proceed for the sightseeing of Madurai which includes Sri Meenakshi Temple, Gandhi Museum, Sri Subramanya Swamy Temple, Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal and Mariamman Teppakulam. Stay overnight at the hotel at Madurai.
Depart for Rameshwaram by road. Visit the attractions of Rameshwaram which includes Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple, Dhanushkkodi Temple, Hanuman Temple, Kothandaramaswamy Temple, Rama Tirtha (Gandamadana), Lakshmana Tirtham, Jatayu Tirtham, Gandhamadhana Parvatham, Badrakaliamman Temple, The Five-Faced Hanuman Temple, Jada Tirtham, Nambu Nayagiamman Temple, Agnitheertham, Villoondi Tirtham and Annai Indira Gandhi Road Bridge.
After breakfast, you will be driven towards Kanyakumari by road. On arrival, check-in to the hotel. Later proceed for the sightseeing of Kanyakumari which includes Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thanumalayan Temple (Sthanumalayan Kovil), Gandhi Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue and Kanyakumari Beach.
