Divine Kathmandu with Pokhara

INCLUSIONS:

• 03 nights accommodation in Kathmandu on Bed & Breakfast basis.
• 02 nights accommodation in Pokhara on Bed & Breakfast basis.
• All transfers and sightseeing visits by using a private AC Vehicle strictly as per program.
• All sightseeing visits with an English speaking local guide as per program.
• 01 hour boat ride in Phewa lake in Pokhara.
• All applicable entrance fees as per program for one visit only.

Notification: TCS is applicable for all payments from 1st Oct, 2020. On total invoice value 5% TCS has to collect from buyer if buyer has furnished his PAN, otherwise tax shall be collected @ 10%.

EXCLUSIONS:

• 5% GST extra.
• International or domestic flight tickets.
• Mandatory 5% TCS extra on overall billing (which is adjustable during ITR Filling).
• Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
• Any Covid Test.
• The services of vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary (if part of the package).
• Fees for any kind of insurance or travel insurance.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Cost of beverages i.e. mineral water, soda water, cold drinks, beer or other alcoholic/ non-alcoholic drinks during meals.
• Items of Personal Nature - such as mini bar in the room, laundry, table drinks, telephone bills, tips to room boys, drivers, guides, personal clothing including sleeping bags etc.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) etc.
• Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in inclusions.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Sightseeing are subject to open as per Covid guidelines.
• We are following the Covid-19 precaution protocols to ensure our guest best safety.
• Our drivers are well versed with routes and will be neatly dressed.
• Vehicle will be properly sanitised after every tour and have all required / valid documents.
• In case of any new SOP’s for Post COVID era which may require special arrangements, cost for these special arrangements would be chargeable extra. What these special arrangements would be and how much it will cost cannot advise now.
• All activities/services based on current Covid SOP’s and subject to change as per new Government norms.
• All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App, wear mask & gloves and carry Sanitizer.
