• AC Transportation as per program possible in time frame (Ex Delhi) (AC will be off during drive in hilly areas)
• Toll tax, parking charges and driver allowance.

Note:

• This is a special itinerary we have designed for our clients. In this itinerary we have also included other en route sightseeing places to make it a more interesting and memorable trip. However, if there is time constraint due to any reason we may skip these sights and there will be no refund or alternate to be provided.

• Any air fare or train fare.
• Any helicopter fares to visit Kedarnath (on request).
• Any meals other than those specified in programme.
• Any Guide services during the tour (on request).
• Any VIP Darshan charges or special arrangement in temples or entrance fees during sightseeing.
• Any claim due to natural calamity, medical emergencies or evacuation.
• Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor, medication etc.
• Portages, Ponies, Dolis during trekking
• Cable car charges in Haridwar.
• Any cost incur due to change in programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Fees for any kind of insurance or travel insurance.
• Entrance fees for paid monuments.
• Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• Cost of beverages i.e. mineral water, soda water, cold drinks, beer or other alcoholic/ non-alcoholic drinks during meals.
• Items of Personal Nature - such as mini bar in the room, laundry, table drinks, telephone bills, tips to room boys, drivers, guides, personal clothing including sleeping bags etc.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes) etc.
• Any increase in Airlines taxes or fuel price at the time of departure, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
• Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in inclusions.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Sightseeing are subject to open as per Covid guidelines.
• We are following the Covid-19 precaution protocols to ensure our guest best safety.
• Our drivers are well versed with routes and will be neatly dressed.
• Vehicle will be properly sanitised after every tour and have all required / valid documents.
• In case of any new SOP’s for Post COVID era which may require special arrangements, cost for these special arrangements would be chargeable extra. What these special arrangements would be and how much it will cost cannot advise now.
• All activities/services based on current Covid SOP’s and subject to change as per new Government norms.
• All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App, wear mask & gloves and carry Sanitizer.
