Today you’ll continue to Udaipur on a drive through the majestic Aravalli Hills. On the way, break the journey in Chittorgarh to explore one of India’s oldest and largest forts. Upon arriving in Udaipur later, the evening is free to enjoy Rajasthan’s most romantic city. The Oberoi Udaivilas is the real definition of luxury.
To begin, a walking tour through the narrow streets of the old city will take you through winding streets. You’ll shortly approach the City Palace this sprawling palace is the largest in Rajasthan and stands on a ridge overlooking the lake. You’ll also explore the 17th century Jagdish Temple and Saheliyon-ki-Bari (a beautiful rose garden).
The morning is free to relax or explore the easy-going town of Udaipur further at your own pace. This afternoon, you’ll board a flight back to Delhi for an overnight stay at the Oberoi Gurgaon.
After breakfast, today you’ll be chauffeured back to Delhi airport in time for your onward flight.
